3- CREATE A STUDENT ACCOUNT
When the User hires one of our courses and services, a Student Account will be created automatically to access the virtual classroom: the restricted area where the training content is located.
At the same moment that the User creates a student account, he is fully accepting all the points included and described in these Terms and Conditions.
The User can only create his student account and access the content of the selected course and services offered on the Website when the registration process and the payment have been made correctly.
Once the User makes the payment of the contracted service, they will receive an email with their access data to the virtual classroom (area restricted only to users with an account). This data will be username and password generated randomly. The User may at any time modify his password once he enters the virtual classroom.
The Student account is completely non-transferable, being only the User who has registered and enrolled in the course who can access the virtual classroom. In no case will the User share their access data with another person.
4- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEB PAGE
The access and use of this Website are completely voluntary and imply the attribution of the status of “User” and full acceptance of all the provisions included in these “Terms and Conditions” from the moment it is accessed, whether registered or not on the Website. The contents and services of the same will not be accessible without the previous registration and payment of the value or cost that corresponds in each course, master or workshop.
Workshop R2 may alter at any time and without prior notice the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website, as well as some or all of the contents. Workshop R2 offers training and specific face-to-face events in different locations. The rate of this type of service does not include transportation costs, stay, or tickets to third party events included in the educational program.
Workshop R2 is not responsible for any mishaps that may happen to the student during his trip, travel and stay where the training event or workshop takes place.
7- PAYMENTS AND BILLING
The payment of the services, workshops, masters, and courses of Workshop R2 are processed within our website or externally through the PayPal payment platform. The expenses generated by the currency exchange and the use of electronic commerce are the responsibility of Workshop R2.
The User will receive the invoice of the contracted service at the time that their registration and payment are completed correctly. If the invoice is not generated and sent automatically, the user can claim it from Workshop R2 through the different contact channels offered by the Website. The taxes applicable to the said invoice will be those of the current law corresponding to the legislation that affects Workshop R2.
8- FINANCING PLAN
Workshop R2 privately offers financing plans in certain training programs to those Users who wish to divide the total amount with the payment of monthly payments.
When the user selects the financing to access the courses or services of Workshop R2, he is accepting a contract that requires him to make each of the payments, attending to these on the date indicated to him until his completion.
The breach of this contract supposes the suspension of access to the virtual classroom and its content and the taking of legal actions by Workshop R2.
